In a VERY long overdue video blogpost, I discuss a cool little technique that has really been working well for me lately.
The concept of living your life moment to moment is a very simple and basic. I find that many of us (myself included) can easily overlook the simple lessons when our lives become busy and stressful and the simple lessons become very difficult to implement.
In this video, you get to see the “near’ complete home office I have been working on as well as a new blog topic where I talk about a strategy that has been helping me with my productivity and overall mental state!
Check it out and let me know what you think in the comments below:
Killer cube man. Can’t wait to film there!

Justin,
Sometimes the most profound technique to keep ourselves on track is the simplest.
Like the technique you just shared .
Thanks
Thanks for the comment Robert, cheers
I just changed my screen saver to “always choosing” and set it to run after the laptop has idled for one minute. Thank you for this timely reminder.

Hey Kathy. YESSS that’s awesome. Great idea too. I think I will do the same
Awesome job dude. The cube looks AWESOME.
I love this video too. it is a great concept. I am the king of letting my subconscious take over…and I think that the idea of us having the ability to “always choose” is something that could really help me.
Also – via our AIM convo – great idea to use your screensaver as a reminder 🙂

Totes Mcgoats, love the screensaver idea.
I like the always choose concept because it is SUPER short and very simple which makes it more likely to stick IMHO
Spot on Justin
We choose everything we do in life in every moment.
Many people though, choose not to choose and let the current of life take them along. It’s still a choice
Love the desktop wallpaper idea!
Thanks for the comment Ben. Very true. It is ALWAYS a choice. I think the desktop wallpaper idea could maybe be produce we sell?? LOL

This is a very simple concept but it could make a huge difference in our lives if we make the right choices.
I find it amazing with multitude of technical inventions that are out there, it still comes back to the human element of what choices we make with the use of our time.
I know I am often guility of looking forward instead of savorying the moment.

Hey Stan.
Me too. I often get caught up in future thinking (which isnt always a bad thing) but then I forget to live in the now. My kids are really good at keeping me “present”. For example, my 3 year old is making spiderman noises in my ear as I type this. I better go play with him lol
