    Awesome message Justin – been a victim to this situation a few times and it has by times lasted months – Looking back what a waste of time and I can’t get it back BUT no more. 🙂

    When in this mindset listening to relaxation music and going for a walk in nature works really well. Physical exertion does wonders – thanks for sharing your strategy, it gave me some ideas to work on for my personal self.
