Fear is the only thing that holds us back in getting what we want in life. There are so many different kinds of fear. Maybe fear of the dark, fear of rejection, fear of failure and so many fears that make us really uncomfortable. So how can we overcome our fears?
It takes time to overcome fears. You should take small steps first. When you feel fear, accept the feeling and don’t try to fight for it or to keep it out. You have to be prepared and willing to try those things that make your fear and when you get used to it, these things that makes your fear become more habitual and you will start doing it naturally.
