Mental Shadowboxing Technique

I have been neglecting this blog for the past couple of months but it does not mean I have not been working on new ideas, techniques and so on. In fact, I have been immersed in some really exciting personal growth studying that has been really helping in many areas of my life.

I have resurrected my study of the book “Psycho Cybernetics” by Maxwell Maltz.

In my opinion, if you only read one personal growth book… this should be it. I have picked up so many ideas and strategies that have helped me in huge ways in my life.

    I was wondering which version of “Psycho Cybernetics” you would recommend. When I looked on Amazon, they had the original version and the new version. There were some mixed reviews on the new version. Thanks.
