We use the term “stress” when we are experiencing too much of the things we can’t handle anymore or when we are feeling overloaded and so much pressure. It happens all the time. Sometimes it happens before a first date, before having to speak in public, before taking an exam etc.
Stress can counteract with your normal happy days. So, how do you deal with stress? Do you just run away from it and just pretend that you’re okay?
