What is the difference between dreams and goals? Goal is something that needs to be complete and focused while dream is desire that one day you like to see come true. There are two types of goals, the long term goal and the short term goal. You are setting goals to help you get to where you want to go or what you want to achieve.

Setting goal is like knowing what you want to achieve in the future. Everyone has a dream but not everyone has a goal in life. Giving your life a purpose and direction is very important but make sure to be specific in setting your goals. Your goal must be realistic and achievable and most of all, action is the key to achieve your goals.
