What is a Fight or Flight response? For example you’re in a situation where you need to speed up like you’re late for your work or a bull is running after you, when your hypothalamus tells your sympathetic nervous system to take action; it gives your body a burst of strength and energy.
It is a how you react on a certain situation or to a stressful situation. Fight or Flight response is the body’s response when we you need to escape out of danger. It’s our ability to fight or to run away.
