5 Ways To Reach Peak State For Productivity

We all have good days and bad days.

There are times when we are full of energy and feeling great. Other times, we don’t want to leave the house.

The good news is, you have way more control over how you feel and how you perform than you may realize. You can deliberately practice putting yourself into a productive state.

Here are my 5 strategies to get myself to a level 10 in energy:

    So have you memorized this speech…because mimicking him alone should put you in a peak 🙂

    I like the Mential shadow boxing for when you get discouraged or down about your results or anything that gets you down…I’m gonna try that.

    I think a lot of people give themselves the excuse that they have “no time” for exercise. I used to run 20 miles a day…and I can vouch for the energy it gives you for the FULL day.

      Haha haven’t memorized it but I probably could with a bit of effort. Its such a great example though. Glad you liked the mental shadowbox idea… I always find it effective.
