The Correlation Between Excellence and Happiness

Today I have a very intriguing audio update for you.

I do a lot of journaling and self assessment (pretty much daily) and recently I’ve been doing a bit of an audit on my levels of happiness over the course of the past 5-6 years.

I noticed 2 very distinct periods of time where my level of “happiness” or “positivity” has been distinctly higher than other times.

I think you’ll be surprised at what I discovered…

    Hey Justin:

As I was listening to this audio, a few things came to mind of the way I use to act in my life versus now the way I act. There was a time my business life was 120% rocking along very well while my personal life was at about 75%. I was never happy with the fact my working life was always the number one thing in my life and my family was second to that.

I was able to change and do just what you mentioned – give 100% in all areas no matter what I was doing – things became better over time but every now and again I would find myself slipping and had to refocus and get back on track.

It is a constant challenge to keep life balanced as best as we can…sometimes it works and sometimes we have to go with the punches that life brings on.
