Friday Ignite 12 – The Power Of Repetition

Excellence is typically the result of a lot of small things done well.

Small, incremental changes to improve yourself will have a cumulative effect over time to help you produce amazing results.

The challenge is getting ourselves to do the little things well… and do them consistently.

This strategy will help you effect change in your life at much more granular level.

    R and I have a monthly google calendar reminder to review our goals. Evernote is a new addition to us as well. Justin, We are FINALLY making it. All these bloody miles are finally paying off. People are calling ME, it is amazing.

    I’m giving it a try! I put a daily reminder on my calendar with 3 statements that describe an out come I desire.
