Ignite Your Essence was founded by Justin Popovic of Orangeville, Ontario. Justin has been a long time student of personal development and the philosophies of achievement. After spending seven years as a successful sales representative and corporate IT trainer, Justin decided to shift gears entirely and pursue his dream of becoming a successful entrepreneur dedicated to inspiring people to live their lives to their full potential. Justin quickly applied the many teachings of his mentors and eventually launched 4 businesses within a year while drastically improving the quality of his health, fitness, financial and family life. Justin’s passion is to share what he has learned with others in order to make a positive impact on the world.

Ted Payne joined Ignite Your Essence as a means of expanding his positive impact on others. After almost a decade of dedicated service to helping others in need, Ted decided to join the Ignite team and help bring our message of self empowerment to the world. Ted is currently serving Ignite Your Essence clients as the Director of Marketing and Community Relations

Deborah Lee is a certified LifeSuccess Consultant. She partnered with Ignite Your Essence in 2007 with the mission of spreading her message of personal growth and inspiration to others.
